Seasoned Peanuts

Ingredients

● Dried roasted and unsalted peanuts; 1 jar

● Water; ½ cup

● Hot pepper sauce; ¼ cup

● Chili powder; 1 ½ tbs

● Ground cumin; 1 tsp

● Red pepper; ½ tsp

● Ground oregano; 1/8 tsp

Method

Add the layer of peanuts to a 9-inch square pan. In a measuring cup, add all the ingredients and pour them over the nuts layer. Nuts must be soaked overnight at room temperature.

Drain the water and spread it on the dehydrator tray and let it process for 3 to 5 hours at 145 degrees or till they become crisp.

Oriental Cashews

Ingredients

● Roasted cashew; 12 ounces

● Soy sauce; 1/3 cup

● Water; ¼ cup

● Powdered ginger; ¼ tsp

● Garlic powder; 2 tbs

Method

Take a pan 9-inches and put the nuts. In another bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients and soak them in water overnight. Drain the water and put them on the dehydrating tray.

Let it dry for 3 to 5 hours at 145 degrees till they turn dry and crispy.
